Constitution: make crimson danger, not decoration. master

Replace stale lair-defense trap-cleanup wording with the current visual law: crimson means exposure, detection, injury, blood, and irreversible consequence, while amber remains machine presence and cold signal remains neutral infrastructure where needed. Sync README and current wiki specs so public/docs wording no longer promises Act One splatter cleanup. Defense: The clinical-gore identity should support concealment-first Misaligned, not pull future work back toward old body-count loop assumptions. Narrowing crimson to danger/consequence preserves the splash plate while keeping color meaning legible across the site, terminal, and Bevy material specs.
