Cameron flagged plots.md naming Marcus's Hands beat with no link and no owner to link. meta.md now carries the rule: a named cross-page concept links its owning page at first mention, a concept a spec builds on also enters Depends on, and a concept with no owning anchor gets one before it is cited. Applied in the same commit: marcus.md gains The Hands beat — the canonical five-step definition of Act One's social-to-physical chain, each system's slice linked, tested by his existing criterion 3 — and the six citing pages (plots, social, income, economy, system-laws, horizon) link the anchor; plots.md adds the dependency and criterion 6 cites it. Defense: amends wiki/process/meta.md (owning spec for corpus format) with the citation rule and wiki/world/characters/marcus.md as the chosen owner of the beat's definition; the remaining edits are first-mention link applications of the new rule, no behavior change.
