Fix Nixery package names for Bevy system deps master

Nixery constructs the container image URL from the dependency list, so package names must be lowercase and use nixpkgs attribute names without dots. Replace xorg.libX11-style paths with libx11, libxcursor, etc. Defense: CI can only enforce the constitution if the runner can actually pull its own container image. Broken package names are a broken gate.
