Hero: the server is the cursor at the end of MISALIGNED. master
Splash hero rebuilt to Cameron's split-field direction, live in three.js instead of a baked plate: porcelain field left, ink field right, a hard vertical cut at 66% bisecting a procedurally generated server (flat boxes under light, no downloaded asset — the Meshy GLB pipeline was tried and dropped). The amber core spine runs the exact full height of the chassis, flush top and bottom; MISALIGNED sits flush-left and ends at the tower, making the server the cursor at the end of the word; one dense crimson splatter spills from the base into the white field. Wordmark/topbar/statusline are difference-blended so they self-invert across both fields. Pointer parallax only; reduced-motion renders a still; the scene pauses offscreen. Porcelain pitch band and the dark contract sections carry the existing copy-contract text unchanged. On branch worktree-hero-page deliberately: a parallel Cursor session has its own hero on main; Cameron picks which lands. Defense: site-only commit (no src/, no game behavior). The hero uses only constitutional color semantics — amber strictly the machine's core spine, crimson exactly one informational splatter, everything else the grey ramp — and the copy remains the pitch/pillars contract text from the previous splash.
