Terminal first-class: sterile restyle + constitutional amendment master
The terminal UI is rewritten to the clinical-gore identity: a one-meaning-per-color palette (bone/gunmetal/chrome grey ramp on near-black, sterile amber for machine presence, blood crimson for detection and danger only), solid-block walls and middle-dot floors, box-drawing section rules and frames, a stacked compute-allocation bar keyed to its legend rows, four-cell suspicion meters that always print their band names, a tick-stamped log, day and tick always on screen, reverse-video selection in the people panel, and save/load/people key hints that were previously undocumented. UI::add_log now carries the tick; the sidebar takes paused/speed; the game-over card reports day and tick. No sim changes. DESIGN.md gains 'The terminal is a first-class frontend' (with pillar 5, the codebase table, and a decisions-log entry amended to match): agents are the game's most regular players and they play through the terminal, so it is held to pillar 4's beautiful-and-readable standard, not kept as a dev harness. Defense: pillar 4 (beautiful, readable presentation) and the justification-and-legibility clause justify the restyle; the amendment this commit carries promotes the terminal to first-class because the working method itself (ticks, pty runs, acceptance checks) makes agents the most frequent players, and a frontend that carries essentially all real play cannot be exempt from the game's visual law. Supersedes the 'dev harness' framing of the 2026-07-05 renderer decision. Checks: tools/check.sh green; pty smoke tests for title, playing, and people-panel screens replayed through a terminal emulator and verified.
