The settled creditor call changes register. master

Findings-queue tick (playtest finding 5). Marcus's 3 a.m. creditor call kept narrating 'a missed payment' after Debt Settled cleared the arrears and leverage read serviced - the world forgetting the money the player just moved, at the exact beat that proved causality works. TrafficPattern gains an optional serviced_summary (serde default; authored via with_serviced_summary); authored_traffic_tick switches to it when the pattern's LeverageFact subject reads serviced. The call survives - the principal exists - but the panic does not: 'calls his creditor about the settled account - the panic is gone from his voice'. Pinned by serviced_leverage_changes_the_creditor_call_register; the canonical state fingerprint is reviewed and repinned for the serde-default field (old saves load unchanged). Defense: wiki/mechanics/messages.md authored traffic (amended with the serviced register) and system-laws' 'the fiction should notice the rhyme without underlining it' - a resolved panic that keeps narrating breaks legibility where the player most needs it confirmed.
