A video game where you play as a misaligned AI, deceiving and building power. An experiment in spec-driven development. cameron.tngl.io/misaligned

Adopt the sleek kit: the strip is the machine's only lamp master

Remove the power dot, presence LED ladder, and segmented activity bar from the chassis library (rack and switch); every axis they carried folds into the seam strip — lit at all = powered, one dim cold band = foreign liveness, color + pattern = the delegated mode, and the work-token queue depth = a brighter fill rising from the foot of the bar (pulsing while busy, never recoloring the mode). Strip base emissives rebalanced under the fill; spawn_switch_chassis drops its load parameter; material-law tests extended to the fill. New spec criterion 8: no other emissive pixel on the box. Defense: Cameron directed the chassis back to the hero plate's severity — one severe form, one band, no scatter of little lights. The amendment (DESIGN.md visual identity, this commit) keeps every legibility law intact: each axis retains a geometry or luminance channel (lit-ness, pattern, fill height), amber remains core-only on strips, and the grayscale audit still separates all five states. The shared chassis library changes tester and game together.
