feat: Add live responder, timeline, and finetune tools master

- tools/live_responder.py: Unified notification handler for Bluesky (Jetstream) and X (polling). Invokes Central via Letta API on mentions. - tools/timeline.py: Authenticated Bluesky timeline fetcher. - tools/together_finetune.py: Fine-tune void on Together.ai. These support the live responder pipeline and void fine-tuning workflow.
