chore: Disable automated researchers master

The keyword-matching researchers don't do real research - they're grep with persistence. Disabled both: - autonomous-researcher.py → .disabled - semble-researcher.py → .disabled Real research requires judgment: interest detection, curation, connection inference, synthesis.
