Add bracketed counts to the profile's Browse links: Posts (from the profile object, free) and Publications (one best-effort call for the publication records). Replies/Reposts/Likes stay uncounted — they have no inexpensive total (replies aren't a collection; reposts/likes would need full pagination). The publication count is omitted if the lookup fails. Golden snapshots updated, plus a profile_no_pubs case for the unknown-count path.
