feat: treat a 180° orientation as impossible master
A hand-held camera is essentially never upside-down, so drop the 180° class before argmax and renormalise the softmax over the plausible orientations (0°/90°CW/90°CCW). This prevents spurious 180° flips and modestly sharpens confidence on the real answer.
