chrome-extensions.ts:629 had show: true hardcoded on the BrowserWindow created by openChromeExtensionPage. In headless test runs (PEEK_HEADLESS=1) this window would flash on the user's physical macOS desktop whenever an options-page command was executed. Changed to show: !isHeadless() to match the pattern used everywhere else in the codebase (ipc.ts:830, ipc.ts:1496, etc.).
