Adds hybrid-escape-editable-guard.spec.ts: with an editable focused, a real before-input-event ESC is NOT stolen (falls through to the page to blur) and the switcher does not open; with nothing editable focused, ESC is still stolen and opens the switcher (base-path regression guard). Adds the setContentEditableFocus hook to the __peekHybridOverlayTest bridge to seed the editable-focus cache the IPC feeds (data: URLs get no preload, so the real focusin signal never fires).
