Add `crates/layout/src/bin/logical_properties_check.rs`: 150 literal case documents (three ltr and three rtl per group over the 25 in-scope groups), the copied `fragment_check` engine dump, and the Oracle/compare browser verdict with per-case drop reasons. The module doc holds the run's record (counts, per-group/direction table, dropped and failing ids) pasted from a real lane run; a browser-free test re-reads that copy and fails when its numbers disagree with each other. The record shows the ltr documents pass and all 75 rtl documents fail on one engine bug outside `computed.rs`: `generated/width.rs` treats a block box as over-constrained only when it overflows, so under rtl it keeps `margin-left: 0` instead of solving it. The three `inset-block` ltr cases fail because `generated/absolute.rs` ignores `top` and solves it from `bottom`. Fixing either is a separate spec.
