A result tag push that failed once was given up silently: git's output went to /dev/null and nothing retried it (run 034g9ULKTESs4pmK2ysArw). keep_result now tries three times ten seconds apart, writes each failure's git output to stderr (the schedule's log), and queues a push that still fails in $STATE_DIR/results-pending, which every later pass retries until it succeeds.
