fix(e2e): await pds-bootstrap so compose up --wait succeeds master
`docker compose up --wait` fails as soon as it sees a one-shot container exited, even with code 0, unless some service depends on that one-shot with `condition: service_completed_successfully`. Nothing awaited pds-bootstrap, so `make e2e` / `make e2e-up` exited 1 on main with every service healthy. Changes: - docker-compose.e2e.yml: tidepool depends on pds-bootstrap with service_completed_successfully, so a failed bootstrap also fails `up` and the bridge starts only once the native account exists - tests/e2e/compose_oneshots_test.go (untagged, runs in the unit tier): derives the one-shot services from the compose file (no profiles, no healthcheck) and requires each to be awaited to completion Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
