Doc precision, no behavior: the reseed-window docs regain the poison-permanence caveat and stop overclaiming the counters (they witness the clamping shape only — unrelated same-direction votes absorb the misread silently); the undone-negation paragraph stops calling 17d hypothetical; FOLLOWUPS stops attributing the callback's delivered to the upsert; divergence drops 'reset' from the shapes the class takes; the standing-list summary matches its predicate; SetDeliveredState's terminality moves onto the interface contract. One test: the undone-over-pending matrix row (the held-for-settlement purge path — the one guard-broadening shape the matrix couldn't catch).
