The violation audit flips from warning to a hard CI gate and stands at a true floor: zero sleeps, skips, testing.Short, or unsanctioned websocket dials, with every host-literal and public-host exemption declared in-source with a reason. The three merge-gate ratchets are confirmed hard and probed in both directions: the audit, the contract manifest (-allow-pending=false, 10/10 collections contracted), and ci-report's skip-inversion. docs/TEST_ARCHITECTURE.md becomes CANONICAL after a two-pass truth reconciliation — the implementer caught fifteen of its own false claims, an independent review caught six more honesty gaps (a done-criterion resting on a wholesale testkit exclusion that hid a real sleep; a 'no network' overclaim; a websocket tripwire that only saw DefaultDialer; stale doc pointers; a verbose-mode crash on bash 3.2; an incomplete limitations list) and a fresh fixer closed each, converting the hidden testkit sleep — a scheduler race, not a settle — into a deterministic probe assertion and broadening the tripwire with a four-form planted-dial proof. TESTING_SUMMARY.md and docs/E2E_TESTING.md are deleted, their pointers rewired. Two done-criteria are honestly documented as unmet with measured causes (-p 1 remains because account/identity events bypass the consumer feed filter; the gate is 6 minutes against Phase 0's 2.2, all of it added coverage). make ci green twice: 4384 tests, 0 skips. The refactor is complete: from a flaky, -short-gated, 222-shared-DB-wipe suite to four mechanically-tiered layers on a hermetic gate, a per-record-type pipeline-contract methodology through the real AppView consumers, a second-PDS federation topology, and 30 production defects found and filed along the way.
