test: complete the DB migration — testkit clones are the only database path master

Phase 3 task 8. The remaining 128 setup sites across tests/integration, tests/live, and tests/e2e move to testkit.DB(t); every setupTestDB definition, per-file cleanup fn, legacy goose invocation, and residual DELETE FROM wipe is deleted (tests/ no longer references goose at all). tests/e2e needed no shared-DB escape hatch: no assertion anywhere reads a row the running AppView wrote. tests/integration's TestMain becomes testkit.Main with the honest infra floor. A full -shuffle=on integration run passes — the deleted wipes were dead weight, not load-bearing. make ci green 3399/0 at 2:39. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
