test(engine): RED — rkey vectors, routing matrix, state-shaped writers, T1 contract (task 4) master

Golden-digest rkey vectors (incl. >512B did:web, 2048B DID, percent-escape distinctness, cross-collection identity); diff classification vectors (fail-closed); engine (status,decision) routing matrix with zero-write proofs; T1: acceptance CID-stable re-fire, one-commit removal, restore symmetry, same-rev skip, both swap-race convergence paths; pds ApplyWrites wire-format + InvalidSwap mapping.
