Production defects fixed as by-catch: community profile handle omission (the handle.invalid flood), ErrHandleTaken swallow, phantom-acceptance stall primitive, SSRF DNS-rebinding TOCTOU (DialContext pinning), erasure-marker resurrection via bridge hydration, e2e cadence/budget bracket.
