g1_legal_gates: fresh-install lifecycle of the EULA and Community Guidelines gates — shown first, un-accepted state survives a restart, accepting requires scrolling to the true bottom (the last heading being visible is not enough; the flow asserts the scroll hint is gone before tapping agree), and each acceptance persists across restarts. Excluded from flowsOrder: clearState wipes the signed-in session, so run it standalone followed by a1_login_session. g3_report_dialog: report dialog from the post-detail overflow menu — all six reason categories render, reasons are selectable, and Cancel dismisses without submitting (submit is exercised manually to keep the suite idempotent).
