fix(post-detail): use the passed title in NotFoundError's app bar master

The app bar hardcoded "Not Found" while the body showed the real title, so a blocked post read "Not Found" up top and "Post Unavailable" below. Show the same title in both places; tests now expect the title twice (app bar + body). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
