test(post): load Post.svelte once so the sensitive-media suite cannot time out master
The first test in Post.sensitive.browser.test.ts cold-imported Post.svelte and the Svelte client entry inside its own 5 s budget (about 3.4 s idle). Under full-suite load that crossed the timeout. Vitest does not abort a timed-out body, so it kept running after teardown, mounted into the next test's target and revealed media there, producing a second, cascading failure. Changes: - Move all module imports into a single beforeAll with a 60 s hook timeout - Make mountPost synchronous; tests no longer await it - Verified: original fails under --testTimeout=1000 exactly as in CI, fixed file passes; full suite green idle and under 2x CPU oversubscription Closes backlog issue 2026-09-10-post-sensitive-browser-test-flaky-under-full-suite.
