fix(comments): bind comment state through the tree components master

Comment.svelte passed node.comment to CommentActions without bind:, breaking the ownership chain for CommentVote's stats/viewer bindings and warning once per rendered comment in dev. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
