fix(auth): make logout idempotent so expired sessions can be removed master
Logging out an account whose server session had already expired returned 401 and the client refused to clear local state, leaving a stale account stuck in the UI permanently. Treat logout of an unauthenticated session as success: clear the cookie server-side and drop the local profile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
