fix(community): fall back to DID links for unresolvable handles master

atproto marks unresolvable handles with the literal sentinel 'handle.invalid'; building URLs from it gave communities a dead /c/handle.invalid link that always 404s. Treat the sentinel as a missing handle so links use the DID (which the route matcher and backend both accept) and display copy uses the community name.
