fix(post): poll briefly for freshly created posts before giving up master

The create flow redirects immediately after the record is written, and the post page could beat the AppView indexer — landing users on 'Post unavailable' for their own brand-new post until a manual reload. When the navigation carries the fresh-post ?uri= signal, retry getPost for up to ~3s before showing the unavailable state. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
