Subscription records carry a closed union subject (an at-uri for entity-level subscriptions, a repo DID for repo-level ones) and an optional list of collection NSIDs scoping which records the subscriber cares about. bobbin parses the record and extracts a subscription edge from it; the Go side gets the generated types so deliberi can read them off the firehose.
