Add Radix context-menu dependency and a ContextMenu UI primitive. Expose create_folder and rename_folder Tauri commands and wire frontend APIs and store actions for creating, renaming and deleting folders. Disable the native context menu, add sidebar UI hooks, a New Feed route placeholder, and update tauri app metadata (productName/identifier) and window transparency.
