Introduce Tauri commands: list_articles, refetch_feed, delete_feed. Add article types, frontend article store, ArticleList integration, and FeedRoute UI with manual refresh and keyboard shortcut. Add reqwest, feed-rs, tokio, uuid deps and DB fields for fetch status/errors; start background sync worker.
