Move core classes (Editor, EventEmitter, ExtensionManager, CommandChain) to src root. Consolidate type definitions into src/types directory with separate files for commands, editor, and extensions. Rename InkwellCommands interface to Commands and move to module augmentation pattern. Reorganize command exports and rename coreExtensions to CommandsExtension. Add tsconfig path alias for @inkwell/core.
