Plots becomes a contributor-facing contract: TOML files under assets/plots/ loaded and validated outside Sim, choice points on the existing context-menu surface, and the canon gate is Cameron's merge review with only schema validation automated. The page gains the contributor contract (the Marcus bar, world-event beats with declared signatures, typed-vocabulary consequences, honest costs) and an illustrative worked example. objective.md resolves its open tension as decided: name and fiction line from tick one, predicate components entering guidance as their systems become reachable, inspection always complete; criterion 6 makes the staging testable. Defense: amends wiki/mechanics/plots.md (owning spec, DRAFT -> READY scope decisions) and wiki/mechanics/objective.md Player surface + criteria as the owning pages for the two adopted decisions; no runtime change ships in this commit.
