Add the r / Shift-R recording-review hotkeys to both frontends. master
r executes the focused machine's pooled "look at recording" sweep and R toggles its automatic-review policy, on the existing selection-hotkey target order (Bevy pointer -> selection -> reticule; terminal selection -> cursor), menu closed only. Both are thin dispatchers: they find the row in Sim::human_menu_at_rate and run it through Sim::execute_action, so legality, labels, disabled reasons, and the auto-review control's live ops/sec cost stay identical to the menu path. A target without the row answers through Sim::menu_empty_feedback; fogged ground stays silent. Key hints and the README key table document the pair; agent mode is unchanged. New review_key_tests in both frontends plus input-routing coverage; observed terminal run swept eight recordings and toggled the policy live. Defense: wiki/interface/context-menu.md "Recording-review hotkey criteria" R1-R4, decided 2026-07-11 — the pooled sweep (R1) and the automatic-review toggle (R2) ride the selection-hotkey target order with empty-menu-pulse miss narration (R3) in both human frontends with agent mode untouched (R4). The same commit flips the spec Status to IMPLEMENTED and records the landing; human_menu / available_actions remain the single legality source.
