detection.md still described the filing carrier as pending messages.md. That carrier is live: MessageChannel::Filing messages feed the Assurance inbox (messages.md criterion 5; filings_are_messages_read_by_assurance_inbox). Defense: wiki/mechanics/detection.md Reporting and the flow law require filings to be messages; messages.md is IMPLEMENTED and the sim already implements that path. Amending the binding Behavior and Depends on to match code and the messages contract, and naming LIE as the live concealment delegation while the pool-scrub runtime stands.
