Wire the Social channel; make allocation legible master
- The Social allocation channel now funds a social-ops bandwidth pool; splicing a sensor costs it (default allocation seeds Social so first eyes stays reachable). Previously the channel consumed compute to no effect. - Both frontends replace the raw weight readout (Cn:3 So:2) with a spelled-out breakdown: each channel's share of available compute and what it produces, plus overhead and the social pool. - Record the Bevy texture placeholders in knowledge/art-pipeline.md. Defense: DESIGN.md 'Justification and legibility' (adopted this session) requires every visible mechanic to be wired and every player-facing number legible; the unwired Social channel and the raw-weight display were the two violations that motivated the clause.
