Add mobile device support (iOS/Android) with plain HTTP proxy and setup instructions master

iOS and Android do not support the HTTPS PAC proxy type, so the HTTP port (8080) now also accepts CONNECT tunnels and HTTP forwarding. A separate /mobile.pac returns PROXY instead of HTTPS for mobile clients. The bootstrap script (element picker + session token) is skipped on plain HTTP connections to prevent leaking the session token. CSS element hiding and resource stripping still apply normally. Added QR code on the setup page for easy mobile access, and platform- specific certificate installation and proxy configuration instructions for iOS and Android.
