Add scripts/browser and scripts/browser-no-proxy for testing the proxy against live websites using playwright-cli. The browser script configures the proxy via PLAYWRIGHT_MCP_PROXY_SERVER and PLAYWRIGHT_MCP_IGNORE_HTTPS_ERRORS env vars. Add a proxy-test Claude skill with step-by-step verification workflow for comparing with/without proxy behavior. Add Icelandic adblock rules (examples/is.rules), playwright-cli tooling, and temporary file conventions (tmp/, .playwright-cli/).
