Add critical transparent proxy tests, fix singleConnListener race condition master
Tests added: HTTPS portal access, URL-level blocking (HTTP+HTTPS), WebSocket upgrade through transparent HTTP. Found and fixed a race in singleConnListener where Serve returned before the response was written.
