Add support for the most-used uBO filter options and features across all proxy paths (HTTP, CONNECT, transparent): Network filter options: $important, $badfilter, $redirect/$redirect-rule (19 neutered resources), $denyallow, $to, $method, $removeparam, $csp, $permissions, $header, $all, type aliases ($doc, $css, $xhr, $frame, $ping), party shorthands ($1p, $3p), $from= alias, noop _. Pattern features: regex network filters (/regex/), entity matching (google.*) in $domain=, $denyallow=, $to=, and cosmetic filter domains. Pre-parsing: !#if/!#else/!#endif with stack-based boolean evaluation. Cosmetic: $generichide/$elemhide/$specifichide, scriptlet injection (##+js) with 11 scriptlets (set-constant, abort-on-property-read, abort-on-property-write, abort-current-inline-script, addEventListener-defuser, nowebrtc, no-setTimeout-if, no-setInterval-if, prevent-fetch, json-prune, remove-attr), scriptlet exceptions (#@#+js). Parse error visibility via OnWarning callback and ParseErrors counter.
