dsh-plugins: mount fix-workspace-multiple-writers in the checkout composition master
Enables the reconciler for every dsh started from this checkout. Deleting the row removes the capability without touching the plugin itself. Two properties of this file are worth recording next to the row: - Its row list is read once at boot. `cordis-plugin-loader` has no composition watcher, and `dsh-app-boot` registers HMR only for the profile's own patch layer, so editing a mounted plugin's modules reloads them live but adding or removing a row needs a restart. - The include resolves against the checkout the launcher ran from (`dsh-main` derives it from `git rev-parse --show-toplevel`), so this row only takes effect where the plugin directory exists.
