owl now consumes fileset as a `path:../fileset` flake input and uses only its binary: filterTree runs `${fileset}/bin/fileset`, and the run scripts call `nix run ../fileset`. Removed the in-tree filter/ crate along with owl's now-unused crane/advisory-db inputs and Rust checks (owl keeps no Rust of its own); the dev shell drops to plain Node, and packages.default/apps.default point at owl-render. README and owl.fileset.txt updated to reference the fileset flake and its README.
