[papyrus] Show workstream state / N-M Connected instead of Connected/Disconnected master

The canvas node banner and sidebar now show silverwood's algebraic state string (e.g. `active - basic.pending`). For a Ready Basic workstream — the only state with a live agent count — they show just `N/M Connected` (N connected agents, M total), omitting the redundant `active - basic.ready` base. silverwood-cli: expose the derived `overall_state` in `--json` (ls/show/new/etc.) so papyrus forwards it verbatim as the single source of truth for the format.
