Make the compact theme toggle match the other nav buttons master

The segmented dark/light control looked out of place next to the icon+label nav cells. Render the row variant as a single .compact-nav-link button (moon/sun icon + "theme") that toggles dark/light on click, so the docs|theme row reads as two identical buttons. https://claude.ai/code/session_01SVydCKQzP4yb6zmSZRyiBC
