Distinguish the stacked-NSID remainder line more strongly (#48) master

The muted secondary color alone was too subtle to separate the two stacked lines. Drop the remainder to the tertiary color and a step smaller (0.75rem) than the namespace above it, so the top-2-segment namespace reads as the primary anchor and the remainder as secondary detail.
