Notify and quick-add new waypoints on web (picker + settings) (#27) master

* Add Mu (mu.social) as a Bluesky-fork waypoint Mu is a Bluesky client fork sharing the bsky.app /profile/:handle[/post/:rkey] URL layout, so it slots into the existing blueskyForks category and bluesky-social redirect family. - Register the `mu` destination + logo (grabbed from mu.social) in the canonical src/utils sources and sync them into the @aturi.to/waypoints and waypoints-react packages. - Recognize mu.social URLs in reverseParsers (Bluesky family). - Wire the extension's redirect rules, source list, and home-page map so the popup, options, and auto-redirect all know about mu.social. * Notify and quick-add new waypoints on web (picker + settings) The web app had no equivalent of the extension's "new waypoint" banner, so built-in waypoints added after a user saved their groups (e.g. Mu) stayed hidden — a waypoint not in any group is hidden from the picker, and stored groups are used verbatim with no reconciliation. Add a `knownWaypointIds` preference mirroring the extension: seeded from the user's existing groups on first read so an upgrade doesn't flag the whole catalog, persisted to the PDS preferences record so it round-trips across devices. Built-ins missing from that set surface a dismissable banner on the universal-link picker and in account settings, with a one-click "Add" that drops them into their default category group. * Drop the sparkle icon from the new-waypoints banner --------- Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
