Close every gap so any waypoint URL round-trips to the correct explorer path: offprint/pckt flat record links, anisota.net document links, Anisota subdomains, and Aturi's own /profile and /explore links. Add an isSupportedHost() helper (www-stripping + subdomain opt-in) and use it in the extension popup and /api/resolve so those surfaces recognize Anisota subdomains too.
