aresample first_pts=0 rebased the audio timeline to zero, cancelling both the wallclock alignment and the itsoffset shift, so the sync correction never reached the stream (audio stayed ~68ms early). Chain is aresample=async=1 now; measured baseline −68ms → AV_OFFSET bumped to 0.068 in both station envs and confirmed live in the encoder args.
