slab: honor "Mute ambient sonification" in lid daemon + notify/subagent hooks master

The menubar toggle wrote state/muted and killed in-flight afplay, but lid-ambient.sh restarted ambient on the next lid close, and the Notification + SubagentStop hooks ran their TTS / ping unconditionally.
