feat: CL variant selector in /os + boot splash with identity master

os.mjs: Add build variant button (C / Common Lisp) that switches template ISO URLs and download paths between C and CL OTA channels. CL native: Load config.json identity at boot, show time-of-day greeting with @handle for 3 seconds, write Claude/GitHub tokens to disk, and display handle in status bar during notepat.
